working principle
There are movable plates in the box dryer, and the raw materials to be dried are placed inside the plates. During operation, the windmill forces air to pass through the electric heating tube, then through the partition wall with many small holes, and evenly blows in the raw materials. After the raw materials are evenly dried, the humid air is discharged from another wall opening
Working Principle
Place material on the movable trays; start the switch on power and machine starts to operate , strong wind wheel activated will blow air from the air inlet into the electric heating tube , hot air goes through the pored separated wall , and blows evenly on the material , moisture will be expelled by the dehumidification blower on the top . Moisture is expelled and material is dried through repeated process

What is a honeycomb ceramic dehumidifier wheel

When to use a dehumidifier
Poor molding of plastic products is mostly caused by poor dehumidification and drying. The American Plastics Association requires that plastic before molding must be dried to a moisture content of less than 0.02%, with poor transparency, filter adhesion, burrs, bubbles, seals, flow marks, cracking, poor dimensional stability, internal pressure, and insufficient physical strength of the product.
